Tailored to requirements, the wine services include cellar management, wine events for corporate and private clients and wine purchases and sales of fine and rare wines for drinking or investment. As a Cordon Bleu trained Chef and wine enthusiast, Jane managed an award winning gourmet restaurant in the North of England, and later in central London, she managed the corporate catering and hospitality for a major international company. Following an MBA and two further years study at the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, Jane qualified as a wine consultant to combine her business skills and knowledge in the wine sector.
